Each client receives a license key or access credentials linked to their specific plan (Starter, Elementary, Base, Advanced, or Advanced Plus).
Use of the platform without a valid license or outside the scope of your agreement is a violation of our terms and may result in access suspension or legal action.

Our software may incorporate or interoperate with third-party libraries, APIs, and frameworks under their respective licenses. These may include (but are not limited to):

If clients supply their own code or contribute to the system via API, they retain ownership over their original contributions.

“Container Yard Management Software”, “CYMS”, and all related marks, slogans, and trade dress are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company.
All third-party product names, logos, or brands mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.
